Team #17: Darlington Tigers

The Tigers were 6-5 in 2023 under 1st Year Head Coach Wayne Groves and played for the Region Title in Week 10. They return a solid core of experience in ’24 as they head to the highly competitive 7A D1.

’25 QB Sammy Kunczewski

Dual threat QB that can sling it and has speed. Ran a 11.20 100m last Spring. Tough competitor that would rather run through you than around you. Was 2nd Team All Region QB in 2023.

’26 DL Henry Ledbetter

6’4 220 multisport guy was 2nd Team All Region last season as a Sophomore. Strong kid that is tough to block. Physical tackler. Can step in and play a little QB also.

’26 RB/DB Myles Twyman

The 5’8 RB was one of the newcomers that caught our attention last Fall. Good speed and will be in contention this Summer to enter the Fall as RB1.

Bonus: ’25 QB Luke Parker; The Tigers have a good problem to have. A roster loaded with very good QB options. Parker has been tearing up the off season circuit this Spring.
