Team #12: Christian Heritage Lions
The Lions started the ’23 season 0-3 but finished with a nice run ending the season at 4-6 and making the post season for the 6th consecutive season. They will be moving to Region 7A Division 1 in 2024 under Head Coach Frank Barden’s 2nd season. A lot of talent returns from last years squad. Here are 3 to watch this Fall.

’25 QB Carter Triplett
6’4 205 1st Team All Region QB in ’23 accounted for over 2500 total yards and 30 TDs last season. True dual threat that has a cannon for an arm and when he decides to run its like stopping a Mack truck. NwGaFootball POY watchlist.
’25 WR Charlie Idom
1st Team All Region WR last season and plays safety on the defensive side of the ball. Nice sized target for Triplett at 6’2 190 with good route running ability and good hands. Puts in the work in the weight room and classroom (4.2 GPA) off the field. Has a 36 inch vertical jump.
’25 DL Duncan Carpenter
6’3 225 that can play DE or LB. Athletic guy that loves to hit. Another Lion that gets it done in the classroom with a 4.36 GPA. High academic schools need to give this guy a look.
