Team #25: Haralson County Rebels

The post Coach Peavy era begins this Fall at Haralson Co. The former NwGaFootball COY took an opportunity in Alabama and leaves behind a young but talented group of players for 2024. Former Wayne County Defensive Coordinator Randy Crutchfield takes over at the helm and brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to the program. The Rebels move to one of the toughest Class A regions in the State but they will be ready this Fall.

3 Players to Know in ’24:

’26 C Walker Ward: One thing Haralson Co is never short on is tough, gritty offensive lineman. Ward was 1st Team All Region last year as a sophomore. Compact guy at 5’9 225, built like a fire hydrant, and likes to get after it up front.

’26 G/T Jayse Turner: 6’2 290 OG is a kid we saw last summer on the camp circuit. Good fundamentals and aggressive. Was named to the All Region team last season as a sophomore.

’25 LB Eli Ridder: The Rebels will be looking for some Senior leadership in 2024 and Ridder maybe that guy. The 2nd Team All Region LB is an old school type guy that likes to hit.
