Team #29: LFO Warriors

The Warriors finished the 2023 season at 2-8. Head Coach Mac Bryan returns for his 3rd season and the Warriors have some positives to build on. They return a solid core of offensive skill players from a team that averaged over 20 points per game for the 1st time since 2018.

3 Names to Know in ’24:

’26 QB Darien Keefe

The basketball standout transitioned it to the football field last season. The 6’4 170 rising Junior threw for over 1500 yards with 11 TDs last season. Was selected 1st Team All Region QB and is a hard worker off the field as well.

’25 RB Tragontae Lewis

The Warriors went the way of Lewis in 2023. He eclipsed the 100 yard mark in both of the teams wins in ’23 (Murray Co and Ridgeland). He had a season high 282 yards on 24 carries with 4 TDs in the win over Murray Co. The 5’6 160 RB is hard to catch in open space.

’26 WR Jared Mitchell

Mitchell is a player we have been hearing about for several years now. Was All Region as a Freshman and followed that up last year by leading the Warriors in reception and receiving yards with 39 catches for 453 yards and 5 TDs. He added 61 TT with 2 INTs on the defensive side of the ball. Multisport guy that averages double digit PPG on the basketball court.
